Welcome to MANOCHAITANYA

The Parents Association for the Mentally Handicapped (PAMENCAP), Godavarikhani which was Registered on 06-03-‘87 for the welfare of Mentally Handicapped and their families started a Special School in Fertilizer Corporation of India, Ramagundam in October, 1987 which was subjected to closed within a span of 6 months due to the financial constrains. Later the President, PAMENCAP, Godavarikhani Mr. D.Krishna Kumar has taken initiation by going Pillar to Post. After repeated representations for a period of 2 years to the higher management of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), succeeded in establishment of three (3) Special Classes under integrated education programme at Sector-I High School, Godavarikhani on 16-03-1988 with the technical guidance and complete help of the then Director, National Institute for Mentally Handicapped (NIMH, Secunderabad) and his team.

In this hi-tech, dynamic world of today with modern advancements in every sphere mankind too has become mechanical and has joined the rate for race for the ‘survival of the fittest'.

So, who is mentally challenged person? Being mentally challenged is a problem of the mind that affects an individuals thought, feelings and behavior. These disturbances often happen since the time of their birth or sometime due to fatal accident or incident that strikes them drastically. These disturbances often cause unhappiness and leads to socially unacceptable behavior.

IN REHABILITATION OF MR, AUTISM CP AND MULTIPLE CHALLENGED CHILDREN/ PERSONS

  • By Donating a month expenditure for hostlers – Rs.1.0 lakh
  • By Donating the expenses of Day-scholars Rs.1000 each for hostler Rs.3000 per month
  • For Donation of construction lifetime shelter to the orphan mentally challenged for which we need Rs.15.0 lakhs at present
  • By Donating a salary of a Special Teacher / Educator for a month Rs.6000 – Rs.8000, per year Rs.80000 – Rs.1.0 lakh
  • By Donating the excursion expenditure Rs.10000 for all 100+ intellectually disabled
  • By arranging donation of Vocational Equipment
  • By arranging donations December 3rd - Disabled Day – Rs.10000, January 2nd – Manochaitanya Annual Day & Sports Day – Rs.10000
  • By sharing the expenditure of the bus maintenance and diesel cost for month – Rs.50,000 per month (average)
  • By adopting four orphan mentally challenged girls (at present 1-Male, 3-female) expenditure on regular basis (for each Rs.3000 per month)
  • By Donating School Uniform to all these Disabled Children – for 1 pair Rs.60,000
  • By Using your expertise for making tele-films / documentaries on our Manochaitanya
  • By Propagating the message of MANOCHAITANYA
  • By Purchasing the products made by these most Special Children
  • By Helping to create further awareness about the talents of these children
